Camp – WA – Camano Island

Come and camp with us at one of Washington State’s most beautiful campgrounds! We’ve had about 30 Westies and others the past couple of years and hope for more in 2024!

Camano Island State Park (CISP) is a 134-acre camping park with 6,700 feet of rocky shoreline and beach. The park provides sweeping views of the surrounding mountains and offers opportunities for shellfish harvesting.

Bring your binoculars and try to spot the resident grey whale named “Patch”. Also eagles in the trees, nice trails and one of the closest campouts to Seattle & the I-5 corridor.

Camano Island is about 40 miles north of Seattle and then 20 miles west of I-5.
CISP requires reservations in advance on this website: https://parks.state.wa.us/223/Reservations

If you haven’t already made a reservation, you may find all the spots reserved. But you can put yourself on a list to be notified when an opening occurs.

Saturday night potluck. If you have tables you can bring, that’ll help us at the potluck. And we love having musicians.
