Date: June 24, 2022 - June 26, 2022, Friday - Sunday
Come and camp with us at one of Washington State's most beautiful campgrounds!
Camano Island State Park (CISP) is a 134-acre camping park with 6,700 feet of rocky shoreline and beach.
The park provides sweeping views of the surrounding mountains and offers opportunities for shellfish harvesting.
Bring your binoculars and try to spot the resident grey whale named "Patch". Also eagles in the trees, nice trails and one of the closest campouts to Seattle & the I-5 corridor.
Camano Island is about 40 miles north of Seattle and then 20 miles west of I-5. CISP now requires reservations in advance on this website: https://parks.state.wa.us/223/Reservations
Reservations open up 9 months in advance of the desired date, and CISP fills up fast, so reserve ASAP. If you haven't previously reserved a Washington state park site, you may want to get an account set up in advance, as making reservations can be a bit tricky.
Saturday night potluck (hopefully). Bring firewood.
