Title Time Duration Description
Camp - WA - Maple Valley - Summerfest No duration This will be the 2nd annual Summerfest at the Cedar River open to ALL VW van/bus owners! (no invite needed)
We have rented out the entire park as we did last year and have developed plans on how to make this event even better (thank you to our trial experiment lab rats last year). This park has plenty of space for a large number of vans and buses and has open fields and nestled woods for you to choose to park in. There are 3 covered kitchen areas, 3 fire pits and rest room facilities with running water (no showers). Firewood is supplied and included in the camp fees.
The river is great to swim in if the weather warms up.
Sign up online in advance or pay cash when you are there.

Saturday evening we are encouraging a group dinner time. Whether you contribute to the potluck or make your own meal, there will be a collective dining area with picnic benches and tables provided in an outdoor mess-hall kind of style and the hope is that everyone enjoys a group dinner together!! There are three large covered kitchen areas available with power outlets and running water for convenience.
Don't forget: Fire pits and firewood provided that are included in camp fees.

We will be bringing some Westy parts and accessories to the event to give away or sell and we encourage you to do the same....swap meet style. Keep your items at your van/bus on display for others to see when they pass by.
Bring your instruments! The music that was put on by last year's attendees (impromptu) was fantastic and we would love to see it again.
How about bringing crafts to show, share and inspire?!? Yes, bring your talents!
