It is the 4th year of “Summerfest at The Cedar River”. The VW community has turned this event into an incredible gathering. The energy from the people who show up transforms Summerfest into the unique experience it has become.
The function is once again being held at the Royal Arch Masonic Park in Maple Valley, Washington. It is a beautiful private park nestled up to the Cedar River with lots of open space to camp freely among each other or have your own space too. Recently the restrooms have been renovated and the property cleaned making it more beautiful than ever. There are 3 covered kitchen areas with running water, power and each one has a large fire pit to gather around and enjoy the evenings.
Saturday potluck will be happening as usual. If you don’t want to join in the potluck we still encourage everyone to bring your own dinner and gather for the festivities. There will not be a beer station (kegs) provided this year, please BYO….whatever.
There are many pictures posted on Facebook on the Wet Westies events, due to uploading and downloading restraints (remember, we live on the road now) I am not able to have the bandwidth to do so myself.
