Officially May 9-11th 2014. 756 Mill Creek Rd, Walla Walla, Wa. 99362
People are encouraged to show up early and stay late. This will be the fourth year of the W5 camp out, and it is going to be bigger, lots bigger it seems. Already at 22 vans so far, and we are months away!
This gathering takes place in an organic farm's pasture and as such, there are no spaces, loops or reservations. Just show up!
A spring weekend with tons of possible things to do. The farm is located next to Rooks Park on the edge of town. A nice bike path leads into town for wine and day tripping. Mill Creek is right next door, and Bennington Lake is just a 1/4 mile over a small hill. Wineries number in the hundreds, most have tasting rooms downtown. There are 15 within a 20 minute ride from the farm.
Like in past years, and every WetWestie event, the Saturday evening potluck is not to be missed. Incredible food from small little kitchens!
Sunday morning I usually cook a breakfast for all the moms since it is Mothers day. I tinker and help with gremlins for donations to the PIFF fund.
Hope to see you in May!
